Overview

At Aeditable, all of our products as of now are digital products which by nature, can not be returned back once the files are accessed. Due to this problem, no refund is possible for any of our product.

For future physical products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital products are one of them.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
